Analysis and Critique of Upstream Oil Contracts from the Perspective

Upstream oil contracts and their obligations are one of the most important legal issues in the field of international trade and need to be analyzed from the perspective of international trade law. In this descriptive-analytical study, in order to complete the review aspects, in addition to the upstream oil contracts, we have also looked at the provisions of the Convention on International Sale of Goods so that we can finally examine the conditions governing the contracts in both areas. Let's study. The findings of the study also indicate that there are significant similarities and differences between the upstream oil contracts and the contracts of the Convention on the International Sale of Goods, both in the stage of concluding and concluding contracts and in the effects of contract implementation and in guaranteeing the performance of contracts.
