Always Tread Softly

The sleepy village of Castleconner was rocked by the discovery of three charred and mutilated bodies near the badly burnt Manor House. Curiously it was ten years to the day that a monstrous storm and fire destroyed the stables and badly damaged the Manor. Concurrent with this disaster was the disappearance of five people, three stable workers and the young Heiress and her lover, the charismatic sports hero, son of the estate manager. Where had the two lovers disappeared to for all these years. Why the terrible mutilation, that could only be described as demonic horror. Could these questions have anything to do with the fact that there is a Paranormal expert in the village from Rome? These are the questions that Chief Inspector Patrick Muldoon must answer; he felt that there were many mysteries enclosed in this horrific series of events. He had witnessed many terrifying and horrific killings during the London Blitz, he was about to find out that none were as frightening as the mystery he was about to investigate in this picturesque village of Castleconnor.
