The SKU has a new case. On the surface, it looks like a standard missing persons case. A girl fights with her boyfriend and takes off. But there is something off; the runaway theory doesn't sit right.



Maverick leads the Serial Killer Unit at the Melbourne Precinct, a new unit set up by the Mayor to solve current and cold serial and mass murder cases. With the help of his newly established team of both cops and forensic scientists, Maverick looks forward to the mysteries that stand in front of him. While his partner Harris Bishop is still dealing with his daughter Daisy's health concerns, it falls on Maverick to lead the team smoothly and finally finds a killer on the run for a year.
