Allies

The year is XXXX. The repressive Government controls everything-except a band of armed rebels known as the Subs, led by a mysterious guerrilla warrior known only as Shade. When a sadistic, high-ranking official is assassinated by his would-be rape victim, the Government pulls out all stops to hunt her down. Against the will of the Subs' governing council, Shade's lover, Sieda, rushes to the victim's aid. Now the Subs face an all-out, brutal campaign of Government suppression. Will a group living deep in the Olympic Forest be the allies they desperately need for the coming battle? And can Shade find and recruit them, before the Government annihilates them all?
