In Book Four, we are introduced to the shape and structure of our universe, its simplicity and simultaneous complexity, and how we are a part of it. Further elements of the influences and challenges of a life are navigated, and we learn how to build well with the raw materials they offer. We find our way and move seamlessly towards a natural ascension, as we make more informed choices about what we choose to manifest and embody in the here and now, and by default what we choose to leave unexpressed and unmanifested. When we learn that we don't have to be 'brave', or 'positive', or anything else, we can feel what we feel and be led by the feeling, as if it were a signpost. We can find courage through our deepest honesty, and become a working example of an evolving energy. As we rebuild our own selves, we are firmly into the realm of 'Anything is possible!'.
