Aging Through a Pandemic: The Impact of COVID-19 on Ontarian Seniors

During the worst pandemic in 100 years, we saw the immense toll COVID-19 has taken on the elderly population. It is time to reflect and ask how seniors have coped during these difficult times and what can be done to better protect their physical and mental health. Here, we share the experiences of seniors in Ontario during the pandemic and their words of wisdom to the younger generation. To those also feeling left in the dark, we hope these stories can serve as a flame of hope that can guide others through their path to the brighter side.
