1987. Paducah, Kentucky. Following a paranormal investigation gone awry, the Parliament of Owls return to their headquarters only to discover lead investigator Dick Draven's children and lover have been abducted by supernatural forces hellbent on revenge. After two months of failed scouting, Dick and his colleague Chip Landers finally stumble upon a clue that leads to the Atomic City. Armed with his recently invented robot assistant and a peculiar toolkit, Dick undertakes a paradoxical search and rescue mission to save his loved ones. With the help of his long-lost cousin, Dick uncovers a nest of vampires that have been exposed to radioactive waste, but the supernatural host that transformed them proves to be much more sinister and ravenous. An inherited witch coven spell book and meticulous prowess navigate Dick through a blood-soaked nightmare, but the body count rises along the way, and the promise of successful deliverance wanes.
