Beskrivelse

In an attempt to conquer Wales, Count Lars the Red and his hag mother wake the monster Afang, who is as big as a mountain and as strong as an army. At first, Afang eats the goblins of Snowdon, but will he eat the children of Wales next? After reading the stars, Wild Hoof (the centaur) determines that only Scarlet can tame Afang. So along with her friends, Ursula (the beautiful white horse) and Bedo (the minstrel faun) and armed only with a harp, Scarlet sets out to defeat the beast. But things do not go as planned when the monster falls madly in love with Scarlet. "Afang," is based on an ancient Welsh fairy tale. It is book two in the Red Dragon of Wales Series.
