The idea of offering the mixtures in honor of Professor Paolo Morozzo Della Rocca was proposed by some of his former doctoral students who wanted to celebrate in a special way the sixtieth birthday of their master.Apart from his scientific activities, Professor Morozzo is very involved in the associative movements that promote dialogue between peoples, such as the Community of Sant'Egidio, whose headquarters are located in the historic Roman district of Transtevere, where he has been particularly active in the promotion and protection of the rights of migrants in their various aspects.The present mixtures are offered to him as a token of our gratitude for his commitment to science without borders and to vulnerable people.The book contains contributions from about thirty researchers of different nationalities, among whom are former students and/or collaborators of the dedicatee.
