Administration and formation of guarantor capital for governance

In January 2023, a first volume on the administration of public security and the formation of guarantor capital was proposed. In that version, the urgency of addressing the problem from a multidisciplinary approach was raised, although the study of the phenomenon requires an in-depth approach to the issue. Precisely, this volume presents the factors that precede the administration of public security and that have been identified as the formation of human capital, mainly the intellectual capital that will intervene with the vulnerable and excluded sectors such as future social workers, as well as from the rehabilitation of inmates in the social readaptation centers of central Mexico.
