Adam, Eve and the Gospel Cain, Abel and the Priesthood

This book takes a look at the Latter-day Saint traditions surrounding the introduction of the Gospel to Adam and Eve using the scriptures as a source rather than opinion, tradition, and interpretation. Many assume that Eve partook of the Forbidden Fruit to have children and because she understood the Gospel Plan. Scripture teaches differently. The second part takes a scriptural look at the issues surrounding Cain and Abel and the priesthood restrictions and reasons why the Declaration of 1978 was as fulfillment of prophecy rather than pressure.
