Across Purgatory: A Modern Reimagining of Dante's Purgatorio

People say they've been through Hell-not like Lieutenant Hector Ramirez.



What started as an ordinary mission turned from FUBAR to a whole lot worse. Now Ramirez is left picking up the pieces and coming to terms with his grief. His plane flight back to the States lands at the foot of a mountain. And Ramirez steps off the plane to find the man who just led him through Hell-Virgil. Ramirez just wants to make it home to his wife and daughter, but Virgil tells him that the weary soldier has much further to go.



Millions of people crowd the gates of the city, but the turmoil outside is nothing compared to the trials and tribulations of the mountain. Each Terrace holds a different test.
