"Achieving Adulthood" is a sourcebook on doing the self-work of becoming a fully alive human person.

It highlights each chakra, integrating it with a world spiritual tradition, providing theory and practice of how to investigate unhealthy attitudes and hehaviors in roder to heal and transform them.
