A Time to Heal

Midwest native Susannah Roberts is a single twenty-six year old plagued by feelings of betrayal and abandonment. Wayne Loomis, her former fianc left town four years earlier in the wake of a financial scandal concerning a local family's construction company. Into her life comes Alexander who falls in love with her and becomes determined to make her his wife. At first Susanna is reluctant to enter a relationship with him as he is part of the family construction company that her ex- fianc was involved with. A cast of characters with different and intriguing personalities makes this story develop into a wonderful tale of romance along with tangled webs of deceit, betrayal and love...both fulfilled and unfulfilled.
