A Need For Melody

I am a Poetry and Short Story writer. I have always appreciated the structure of Country and Western songs. They have a rhythm and rhyming to them that is very poetic. This is my first attempt at writing poetry in song lyric style. I think these poem lyrics can make fine Country songs. It all depends on the melodies that will be written to make these tunes complete. In any case, the story is told in the words...to those that find my book and read these lyrics, my hope is, they will find them both inspiring and enjoyable in their own right....fBk
