A Cop's Tale

A Cop's Tale is a crime drama with international ramifications that takes place in 1960 in New York City, N.Y. During the height of the Cold War a young girl visiting the United States with her family from Venezuela is killed in the crossfire between an anti-Communist and pro-Castro group while eating supper at a New York City restaurant.

Based on a true event A Cop's Tale is the story of the relentless pursuit by Detective Frank Weller of the N.Y.P.D. His investigation of the suspect, a pro-Communist Cuban known as The Hook follows Frank Weller's dogged determination to capture The Hook and bring justice to the family of the young girl.
