A lot of ministry leaders and pastors want to be a part of a team within their church leadership. Teams accomplish more, together, and enjoy the synergy of a united leadership front. Sadly, most churches don't operate with a team mindset. Instead, they work apart from each other, even if their offices are next door. In 4C, we look at four elements of building and developing a healthy and effective ministry team: Calling, Character, Competency, and Chemistry. While this book is primarily aimed at lead pastors, any ministry leader can take the concepts and principles here and develop a team mindset. Whether team members are full-time, part-time, or volunteer, it's possible to have a team mindset in your church.
