2014 Asian Pacific Americans Corporate Survey

The Asian Pacific American Corporate Survey conducted by Asia Society provides a unique look at vital data that examines barriers to and best practices for the career advancement of APAs. Now in its fifth year, this report takes a longitudinal look at the dimensions over the last five years, and examines dimensions across a number of new demographic categories such as generational status, area of work, and sexual orientation to provide fresh insights into APA work experience. As the survey matures and as the data gets richer and richer over the years, we also find an increasing number of key insights. APAs represent the fastest growing ethnic group in the United States. Five years in, we remain firmly committed to this burgeoning dialogue, to providing the necessary data and facts, and to working together to best address the hopes and dreams of the APA community.
