When a massive tiger shark caught off Sydney regurgitates a human leg, the police have only one lead-a tattoo on the ankle. Recognising the tattoo in a newspaper, the owner of the Golden Dragon Restaurant in Sydney's Chinatown hires PI Axis Stone to unravel the mystery. However, a second brutal murder drags Axis into a ruthless Triad conflict for control of Sydney's criminal underworld.
