International Extradition and Interstate Rendition

This book demonstrates how extradition and rendition have evolved as various courts have spoken on and interpreted these issues. It shows how these issues are of both theoretical and practical importance. While careful steps have been taken to discuss important and relevant cases, it must be acknowledged that recent political events and cases warrant further discussion and will continue to develop. Nevertheless, it remains clear that as the world becomes more connected economically and politically, the issue of extradition and rendition will continue to be important in the United States and around the world.
