Our world is present in different areas by different individuals which acquired different mental conditions in stressful and changing situations. Different emotional responses create situations that seriously affect our society.



So, this book contains not only explanations on how these happen and why, but how we can avoid those without damaging our psychological world, which is important to keep us healthy and productive. Our thinking is based on spiritual beliefs reflecting religious, basic needs, and healthy or unhealthy interpretations of these beliefs. This book is reflecting efforts to give practical tools in implementing already existing cognitive-behavioral methods. This is a summation of academic, practical, and own observations for acknowledging the public.
