A Leaf Falls

Richard Walker, or Rychy, mid-twenties, intelligent, obsessive, socially uncomfortable and liable to faint under stress, finds himself in a deserted street with no knowledge of how or why. Having taken refuge, initially in a house and later on a lawned office block roof, he searches the town for inhabitants without success. Rychy's life is interrupted by a voice shouting for help and, ignoring his fears, he rescues the beautiful Bonni from some starving dogs. As she recovers from recently being held captive an unlikely relationship is formed but their peace is soon to be irrevocably broken.
